In Paraguay, the program is administered and implemented by Fundación Paraguaya and Amigos de las Américas, with the support of the Department of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States Embassy in Paraguay.The program selects 13 young leaders at the country level between 15 and 17 years old and 2 adult mentors (21 years and older), who receive a full scholarship to carry out a cultural exchange in the United States, where they will represent the country and participate in a leadership training, social entrepreneurship and development of community projects.
